Post more creative stuff if you're going to do this app.
What I see so far isn't doing anything.

uniforms prevent bullies making fun of others’ clothing
Not really, but you've never had to wear them, so you have no experience in this matter.

I may not have personal experience with wearing uniforms but I have with the other. I went to a very small school [47 in my graduating class] and it was very closed minded. I used to get a lot of grief because I didn't wear the clothing everyone else did or follow the latest trends. My ten year-old niece also has problems with bullies because she doesn't wear name-brand clothing.

For the say: I love to design my own clothing and make them. My mother is a seamstress and she helps me.
I don't have many pictures except for my prom dress. I have also made shorts, skirts, and a few shirts.
This is my dress. Ignore the look on my face, its a bit of an inside joke.

Cute. That's very good for your age. Post more / better pics like that when/if you get accepted.

I just don't know where you're going thinking that uniforms would change that.

I liked the short example of poetry you posted, but it seemed like you were kind of rushing your other answers. Please pick one of your questions and elaborate for me.

Also, which part of Iowa are you from, because I'm from Iowa, too!

What is one experience you went through that was very tough? A few years ago, my brother was in a serious A.T.V. accident. He was air-lifted to The University of Iowa Hospital and was supposed to have surgery. Luckily, they didn't have to relive pressure on his brain. He was in critical condition for some time and there was thought that he wasn’t going to make it. The helmet he was wearing cracked down the middle and saved his life. He was very fortunate to survive with only two spiral fractures in his hand, minor memory loss, and a crushed larynx. It was the worst time of my life because my brother is one of my best friends. I really thought I was never going to see him again and I cannot describe the fear the took place. To make matters even worse, my parents wouldn't let me see him because they thought it would upset me. I was so upset with my parents that I didn't talk to them for hours at time. I'm the youngest, I was always in the dark about what was going on because they didn't want to scare me ( ... )

Thank you, that helped me a lot! I'm so sorry about your brother. Good thing he was wearing that helmet!

That's North of where I live. I like forty-five minutes south of Burlington when I'm not in school.

And that dress you designed was amazing! I am not a very creative person at all, unless it comes to wasting time to study before my finals...ugh, I better go get to that, my first final is in an hour and a half!
