03. Brushes, textures, stock images are allowed.
04. Your icon must be submitted by TUESDAY, MARCH 21st at 9:00PM(MST)/11:00PM(EST).
05. Your icon must be submitted as a comment to this post. Feel free to ask any questions, but please do so in a separate comment than your entry! Comments are screened.
06. You can use your SKIP if you'd like to. Just remember, you're only allowed ONE SKIP.

ETA: I also wanted to announce that as this time I will NOT be doing the comments for votes you received. There are just too many people still & it's just too consuming.
