Finally able to finish writing what i've wanted to for so long
Cold Winter
V1:
you got sick right when i left home i thought you'd pull through
i couldnt' find the time to come home and see you
when i finaly did you weren't being quite yourself
i could see you were hurting but you still loved me the same
it gave me hope that you would always be there
then that cold winter morning the call came form home
your pain was gone but then so were you
i just wanted you back

I never thought i'd lose you you were supposed to always be there
to see me grow up get married and have kids
it's sad they'll never know just how wonderfull you were

I blew you off last summer not knowing it was your last
ditched you for my friend now i just want to change the past
thought i had forever to spent time with you
you were never changieng always there like a picture in my mind.

All the things you did for me without any thanks
always there to help me no matter what time
didnt' know how much i loved you untill you were gone
i want those summers back i had as a kid
hanging out with you was always the best
i realize it now those years went so fast

Grandma i know you are still watching i jsut wish i'd been more apprecitive while you were here. we all miss you i wish you could have been here longer so i could tell you how much i loved you....
