Title: Adventure and Monsters

Where: Zanarkand Ruins, Outside the Dome
Warnings: Little Zack is in danger!
Summary: A child Zack finds himself in the Ruins, and decides to see it as an adventure, but adventures have their dangers, even for kids.
Never before had Zack ever seen the sight of the ruins before him. Actually, he'd never even heard about them, but then again, there were many places that the boy had not heard of outside of his own town of Gongaga, besides Midgar. Everyone knew about Midgar, even the most backwater of towns. Someday, Zack dreamed of being there, not as a civilian, but as a SOLDIER for Shinra. Someday he would be there, and would be a hero. Even though his parents always told him that his dream may change someday, Zack knew that it would never change. Not for him.
Instead of looking at himself as being lost, he had chosen to look at all of this as a new adventure, climbing over the ruins to get a better look at the scenery, a stick in hand that acted as his makeshift sword. He would beat up any monsters that came after him, but as he watched the horizon from his place in the ruins, he did not notice the monster that seemed to be stalking up behind him, looking for an easy meal in the child that now stood there taken in by the view.
