put their single friends in a tight spot by taking up the matchmaking role.
my engaged bff, j, recently had an engagement bbq party. and being a bff, she wanted to matchmake me to the hottest single guy, ok im flattered. we played pretty sdu-ish games and there were a couple of set-ups ready for the KNOWING preys.. ok just how subtle can they be. *x* but well, i was in the enthu mode and it wasn't awkward at all. socializing should be natural and taken with a pinch of salt.
and oh puh-lease. first impressions are totally skin deep.
on a side note, i realized that sitting on the fence when it comes to your choices isn't really an excellent strategy to ward away set-ups on truth or dare. i wanted to prevent any awkward selection but well it turned out pretty badly.
