A meme that's been floating around:
Go to your icons page in Livejournal and look at the first two icons (the one on the right and the one on the left). Pair up the characters in the two icons. Go to the next two and do the same until you have a list of ships. Then...well, write 'em.
And I just happen to have all Disney icons at the moment. Well, let the ruining of our childhoods commence.
Mulan and Ariel. OK, Mulan is washing up by herself in a stream somewhere while the army is resting. Ariel swims to China, happens to make her way up that stream and a Merwoman/Woman-sometimes-dressed-as-a-man affair ensues.
Esmeralda and Belle. How convenient for me that both stories take place in France. Of course, I think Beauty and the Beast is supposed to take place in the 18th century and Hunchback is the 15th, but since they never mention dates, and they're freaking Disney movies, we'll just say it happens at the same time. So Pheobus and Esmeralda (after sending a postcard to Quasimodo, they're thoughtful like that) happen upon the Enchanted Castle. The Beast-now-Prince, having mellowed his policy on letting strangers stay overnight ever since he married Belle, lets them stay for the night. Pheobus and the beast have a vigorous discussion over who is prettier; meanwhile, Belle tells Esmeralda the story of how she and the beast met. Esmeralda thinks it's pretty convenient that the beast turned into a hot dude, and Belle says not as hot as Esmeralda, and then they go from there.
I think that was officially long enough to garner an entry on fanfiction.net. Whatever, I only have 6 icons, OK?
Snow White and a motel from Supernatural. Snow White falls through that well that conveniently transported Giselle in Enchanted, instead this one takes her outside the motel. Thinking the dwarves have finally accommodated some of the house for someone of her height, she goes into the hotel, ready to start sprucing up the place. She is pleasantly surprised to find Sam and Dean Winchester inside, and not the seven dwarves. woo-hoo.
