Cooked bacon ends today, into rendered fat and crunchy bits, both for later use.

Yesterday, I baked mac+cheese with tuna and broccoli, and made burritos for the freezer.

Later I might make Brotchán Roy: leek and oat soup. But I have to go buy more containers first.

(Guess I'll be using LJ to keep track of this stuff.)
