Basically, copy and paste the prompts into an entry on your writing comm or journal. And, every time you finish a prompt, just link that entry back to that prompt in the list. :D That way, you (and your readers) can keep track of which prompts you've finished and which ones you still need to do. I hope that clarifies it? :D ♥

If you're using Rich Text, click on the button to the left of the table button. If you hover over it, it'll say "Livejournal cut". For my computer, when I click on it, it'll say something about pop-ups. You can right click on that yellow bar that appears and click temporarily allow pop-ups, and then the page will half-refresh (your contents should stay), and then you click the button again, a window will pop up. Paste an excerpt of the story there or something. If you're using HTML, use : < lj-cut text="YOUR TEXT HERE">your long content here Delete the space between the bracket and letter "L" for both the front and the back.
