History: Tales of a young heroine.
Garden History:
When Renge first arrived, she was devisated at the fact none of her mangas, games or anything had come with her, nor would they work here anyway, but once she had been sponsored by Sapphire and she had chosen to specialize in International Business and Covert Operations her time at the school would begin.
She spent a good amount of the time doing what lessons she can, yet at the same time tried to at least tell people about her hobby and making it well known to everyone that she enjoy but lacked the money to actually attempt to do any type of cosplay what so ever. But that didn't stop her from trying over and over again to continue with her love for her hobby. She kept working hard or as hard as an Otaku could anyway for her whole year of studying. Once she had managed to finished and had taken the SeeD exam, she passed.
Now that she was officially a SeeD she had gone on missions mainly as support and in the background and she saw what this world was really like for the first time and how much was going on outside and it was something she didn't like at all, so after a while she decided that instead of being out onto the field, she was going to teach the Cadet instead. So with a new thing in mind, she started to work towards getting her instructors license to be able to teach. This had taken her a while itself before she was finally able to, although during that time she did try and failed on multiple occasions to try and get some high powered motors installed all around the place.
Now with her license in hand she took up the position of Instructor of Speech and Conduct, a subject she thought she would do well in.
Abilities & Physical Abnormalities:
On occasion when really angry Renge has been known to go into what we call 'Medusa mode.' When this happens her hair tends to turn into what appears to be snakes. She's also pretty good with a fan if it's needed.
Personality:
When Renge was first introduced in the anime, she appears to be someone who loves a dating sims game to the point of basically spending a lot of time in her room. It wasn't until her father showed her a picture that we see she really isn't closed off from the world, but the way she does act show that at times her reality is slightly different than others. She sees things in a different way and treats people in a way that occasionally isn't such a good idea to do and it was what got her into trouble at least once. It's kind of saying she judged a book by it's cover.
With that as part of the package Renge can also be considered to be very outgoing, always appearing at random times using a high powered motor that has somehow appeared in many different places. She can also be very blunt if not totally honest with someone at what she thinks, like when she called Tamaki a phony prince straight out and then kept calling him it throughout the anime.
Being an Otaku, Renge has the advantage of really understanding certain aspects of things that happen or if someone needs help in a certain area or even go as far as someone's character, Renge is good at it, her knowledge is pretty scary and has shown to be able help out the Host club from time to time, from training someone to not fear the light so much to helping them figure out the many different types of Loli Shota. So all in all her knowledge in to this type of thing is pretty large, but that is a fan girl for you.
There is one thing that you should never do and that is make her angry. When that happens, she can becomes most Medusa like, her hair even goes into some kind of snake like form. In this type of mood Renge can even go as far as whack someone with her fan if needed. Over all Renge is just like your average fangirl, except she has a lot more money and can spend it on a lot of stuff and like some fan girls has interests in many different areas including Boy Love.
When not being a fan girl or in her angry mode, Renge in the end is much like a proper young lady who is used to getting everything she wants and rather enjoys cosplaying at all times. So even though she acts like a fangirl when she wants to, she does know how to be a lady like when it came to her introduction, she sat there like a lady as she was introduced to the others.
What are your plans for the character in-game?
She'll eventually do her own thing, maybe start a club, depends on where she goes. She might even attempt to put high powered motors somewhere, which would obviously fail.

ii) Prose sample
Renge stood at the head of the class, the fan she had brought placed firmly in her grasp. This was the first time she had ever taught a class anything before, so it certainly was a new experience to say the least. She had originally wanted to teach these people about the most important subject she knew. Boys Love, but apparently that wasn't allowed for various reasons. She hadn't been very happy about this, but at least being able to teach people who to correctly talk to others was a good number two, although she still wished her subject was allowed.
She glanced over at the class as they were getting ready, text books placed in front of them, pens and pencils at the ready for learning, but she knew something was missing still. Renge moved the fan to her side as she thought about it for a moment, her finger lightly tapping her chin. Now what was missing from being a good teacher? If she could think about it enough she might just know the answer. Thinking back to her many mangas and video games she thought of what a normal teacher was like in those school settings and then it hit her, she had forgotten just the very thing... glasses.
In most of the games she played, or the mangas she read she always noticed that they wore glasses, but... she wasn't the type to wear them herself, but if she were to wear cosplay... maybe it would work. Thinking if over very carefully she decided to leave the classroom for the moment, making sure that her entrance was grand and she looked the part as well.

[Renge is sitting at her desk, marking papers that she was given. while behind her, her eyes was glancing at a book, reading it at the same time before her face turns to one of disappointment.]
No. No. No. No! This is wrong! It doesn't have enough passion, it doesn't have enough power... it doesn't even have a good romantic scene in it.
[She stops marking the papers and picks up the book, flipping through a good few more pages. For now she wasn't impressed.]
Why can't I find a good boy romance at all within these papers! The library wasn't a good source for it at all.
[She pouted slightly, well the search for a good romance novel was a must.]
