1sentence Challenge (MGS - Roy/Sigint)

Jun 30, 2009 01:28

So, yeah, I took this challenge and, let me tell you one thing: I'M NOT DOING THIS AGAIN! At least, not in a couple of months that is. Gosh, that sucked all my creativity. At least, it's done, so, let's go.

Title: 1sentence Challenge
Fandom: Metal Gear Solid
Set Used: Alpha
Rating: T, because there's nothing explicit there, really, except for the enormous slash-ness of this whole thing.
Notes: Some of these sentences are connected to each other, but most of them have no connection whatsoever, that's why it seems like I'm talking about over 9,000 realities here. But, I hope you appreciate this thing.

#01 - Comfort
Even though Roy knew there were some things Sigint would never tell him, he was completely comfortable with that, since he hid some things himself.

#02 - Kiss
Sigint had to admit that he kissed Roy so then he would stop whining for a second, but he didn’t expect that he would actually enjoy it.

#03 - Soft
That thin mattress on the bed and those strangely itchy sheets would turn into a perfect and comfy bed, as soon as Sigint was there to lie down by his side.

#04 - Pain
When everyone he knew started to leave FOXHOUND, Roy started to feel bad, but, when Sigint left, there was a bigger pain on his chest that he just couldn’t ignore.

#05 - Potatoes
“I’m... allergic to potatoes,” Sigint said, as Roy couldn’t help but fall from his chair, laughing out loud.

#06 - Rain
There was a heavy rain outside and they got themselves stuck inside the truck, but none of them would dare complaining about that, since it was hard for them to be left alone like that.

#08 - Happiness
Before meeting Roy, Sigint was absolutely sure the only thing that could give him happiness was his projects and inventions; but, after meeting him, he was quickly proved wrong.

#09 - Telephone
Roy knew his number, but did he really want to call him, after all those years?

#10 - Ears
Admittedly, Sigint knew that Roy’s voice wasn’t exactly ‘alluring’, but he could help but fell a type of shiver all over every time he heard it.

#11 - Name
When Roy asked for Sigint’s real name, he was surprised that he didn’t get unease about it and that he was even willing to share his past with him.

#12 - Sensual
It was just sad how their relationship wasn’t sensual at all and how ridiculous they looked when they tried to do anything around those lines.

#13 - Death
The moment Campbell heard about Donald Anderson’s death through the communicator, he just took off his headphones and walked out of the room, not really knowing what he should say or do about that.

#14 - Sex
The first time was strangely awkward and tense, but, after that, Sigint realized that Roy was way too ‘inspired’ about it, almost making him regret all that relationship.

#15 - Touch
Suddenly, Roy started to think about all the bad words he knew, when he found out that touch was accidental.

#16 - Weakness
Every time Roy tried to push Sigint back, he would be unable to do that more than twice, because listening to him talk in that whispery voice would always make his knees weak and his mind would change in a second.

#17 - Tears
Seeing the tears flowing from Roy’s eyes and the way that he blamed himself for everything that happened, Sigint knew that wasn’t the best time to tell him he was going to leave the unit.

Sigint never was a praying man, but when Roy started to speed up the truck while dodging trees by mere millimeters and with a weird smile on his face, he quickly started to consider a religion.

There was a cold and strong wind blowing outside and Sigint was quite glad that he was inside the base, even though he knew Roy didn’t have the same luck.

When Roy finally got able to disconnect himself from FOXHOUND, he knew he was finally free, in many levels, especially when it came to memories from the past and how they related to a certain someone he haven’t seen in years.

While Sigint knew the exact course of his life - and he tried to follow that the best way he could - Roy would just let fate take him wherever it wanted to, but he only learned how bad it was when it was way too late.

#22 - Jealousy
Roy thought that it was weird how much Sigint was paranoid about Ocelot, all the time, but Roy knew there was a good reason for that.

#23 - Hands
He didn’t know if he loved or if he hated the fact that Sigint’s hand would always rest on his thigh, whenever he was sitting on the passenger’s seat of the truck.

Sigint really didn’t know how the hell Roy got into the army, with his ridiculously low immunity, causing him to get sick at least once a month.

Losing count of how many times he told Sigint not to listen to music that loudly, Roy decided that destroying the other man’s stereo was the best solution at the moment.

#30 - Star
Once, Sigint asked Roy what he really wanted to be when he was younger, and he told him he wanted to be a movie star, but when he realized that he didn’t have any ability for that, he decided he should chose a type of job that didn’t require much ‘talent’.

#31 - Home
Both of them soon realized that, whenever they were back at their homes, they missed the base - and each other as well.

Whenever Roy tried to explain anything to Sigint, it seemed impossible to catch his attention for more than five minutes, unless he was talking about something high-tech.

#38 - Gift
Roy definitely didn’t know if it was a gift or a curse to have Para-medic and Sigint fight for him like that, however, he sure loved all that attention.

When Sigint finally told Roy that he got engaged, Roy instantly faked a smile and congratulated him, ignoring the sting on his heart the best way he could, as he knew that he would never have the chance to tell Sigint what was on his mind.

#40 - Innocence
Sigint always took Roy for the innocent one, but he was in for a surprise.

In fact, Roy was truly happy that Sigint found someone that could really ‘complete’ him like that, because that was a million times better than the way he lead his own life.

Roy never knew where he could use the expression ‘the sky is the limit’, until he found out how Sigint’s mind worked and how he aimed his inventions always higher and higher.

#44 - Heaven
Considering all he did in his life, Roy knew that, if there was a heaven, he wasn’t going to get there, but, at least, those peaceful nights where he would watch Sigint draw stuff and ramble about new discoveries was all the ‘heaven’ he needed.

#45 - Hell
Finally, Roy admitted to himself that those long and tiring missions would be hell, if he didn’t have Sigint there to keep him company.

#46 - Sun
Needless to say, Roy did start to despise the sun, since he knew that would bring morning and that he would have to wake up and go to his duties, instead of staying in bed with Sigint by the rest of the day.

Seeing Roy watch the night sky, with his eyes fixed into the moon, while sitting on the top of the truck, intrigued Sigint a lot, but he never actually asked him the reason behind that.

Radio waves never really attracted Roy, aside from the sole purpose of communication on the battlefield; until he found out he could use those to ‘tease’ Sigint from afar.

#49 - Hair
Sometimes, Roy kind of wished that Sigint had some hair on his head, because he felt slightly awkward about touching his bare scalp.

#50 - Supernova
Roy thought it was very interesting how Sigint reacted to his new discoveries - almost the same feeling one would get from seeing a supernova exploding.
