Why wont it F%#&@$& die!
Well Nige killed my dark elves again today. It was better than last time (not a massacre). I had him under some serious pressure at certain points, but a lack of luck at some crucial points and poor placement of my bolt throwers sealed my fate. I got to shoot the stegadon once! Honestly how does something the size of a house hide that well!
Also the stegadon shot and killed my generals dark pegasus in the first turn. Actually the stegadon was responsible for the death of about 450 points of my army. Thats not bad for a 1500 point battle.
Every time I use a stegadon it dies a horrible death. So far Nige's stegadon just cruises around the battlefield an immortal killing machine.
You know what I need! Poison! Sweet toughness ignoring poison! Or maybe I should get a war hydra to attack it. Or maybe I should actually make a battle plan that incorporates flexible and overlapping fields of fire.
If I dont get the hang of these guys I will fare very poorly this campaign. Then again I am learning quite a bit about the dark elves from these battles.
