It has been an intense day.
I am quite tired, but I have met all my Canadian compatriots, gone swimming eaten sushi and been made to feel miraculously better.
Edmonton is a cute city.. lots of things going on around.. everyone looks sooooo cool.. I picked up VUEWEEKLY, the weekly alternative.. very small... probably just venue listings but cool..
I'm off to find edmonton gay bars.. just so i can say i've been. its important to see what queers look like all over the place.. it is how you hone your gaydar hahaha..
this one is touted as like *the best gay bar west of TORONTO*
WOW... i dunno how good that is considering the like 2000 plus miles in between.
The people are pretty cool. Some are fun, but like I feel, not inadequate.. but just like not in synch... although i've been here for like... 8 hours... maybe i should chill..
