Week eight of the plateau of 207.6. Sometimes its 207.6, sometimes its 208. I keep checking my fitness pal to see how many calories I should be eating and it keeps saying 1370. For a while I was good at getting on the exercise bike, then Gumbo died and I fell out of pattern. This weeks goal is to get back on the bike, get back to walking more and to finally bust through this elusive goal. Because being only 8 pounds away from "Onederland" is killing me!
