leaving changes everything
I had dinner with my dad tonight, and everything that i want out of life really came into light. We talked about college, relationships, directing people, exploring what life has to offer...it was awesome.
For these last few months, I have been a little narrow-minded. But coming here to visit for a few weeks has really opened my eyes, and it was great having my dad and stepmom to talk to. They are and always have been such a great help to me. I will always treasure that.
The only problem is that it forces me to take a look at what is around me, and whether or not I need to change any of it. I just want to make sure that I am not setting myself up for dissapointment in the future. It's a good thing though. I don't want to just settle for what is easiest, or what other people want me to do.
I feel inspired.
