Ella hasn't had her daily nap for well over a week now. I've tried everything to get her to sleep but she fights it. She's nearly 18months now and runs around like a loony, climbs everywhere and must be exhausted but she doesn't seem to sleep enough... Has anyone else experienced this

yeah i've basically let her get on with it this week (i drafted that post last week hahah) she's been going to bed at 7 mostly now rather than 8ish. I also forgot to mention she has a snack in the afternoon usually a bit of fruit or yoghurt coated rasins and she may have milk in the afternoon too. c

and that's the thing isn't it they say too much juice is bad for them... i dilute down diluted juice that's probably wrong too lol
