Lolitics Bookclub is go!
After gauging feedback and finding that there was interest, The Lolitics Bookclub is happening!
How Does It Work?
On roughly the first day of each month, I or another member will post a brief post to kickstart discussion. I will include quotes from the book being discussed that are of a particularly lolitical and/or slashy nature, interesting photos from books that include photo sections, links to other media related to the book, such as reviews or documentaries and a few questions to promote discussion.
Then we discuss.
You can join in whenever you want across the course of the month or even after. You don't even need to read the book, you can just join in on the discussion or discuss related media properties.
The idea is to make this as low key and low pressure as possible.
Can I promote this in other fannish spaces?
