POLITICIAN SIGHTINGS
SO, AS THOSE ON MY F-LIST WILL KNOW, I HAD AN INTERVIEW AT WESTMINSTER TODAY FOR WORK EXPERIENCE, WITH MY ADORABLE TORY MP.
And as well as the interview, he also got me a special!ticket to watch some of the questions in Parliament to the Environment and Rural affairs secretary. Which meant:
a. I GOT TO SEE JOHN BERCOW IN ACTION (AND HE WAS AMAZING)
b. I GOT TO SEE CHRIS HUHNE LOOKING LIKE A BUDGIE. AND SIMON HUGHES, BEING SIMON HUGHES. AND HILARY BENN. BEING...HILARY BENN.
c. We went to have a drink on the Terrace afterwards, where I saw ALASTAIR "THE BADGER" DARLING.
...BEST DAY EVER.
For the info, I got the work experience. :D His only reservation was that I was majorly!Labour, but I promised not to start feeding secret!information to the party, and not to slag him off online again. (long story.) Then he told me how he admired me for my passion, and hired me.
