The Down-Side of Down-Sizing
I over slept this morning. nnaylime knocked on my door at 6:00 am, as she always does, but I just cuddled back into the covers and went right back to sleep. So, we missed our train and had to drive to work....blargh....270 traffic is never good, but now that school is back in session, it is hell...one giant parking lot.
I did have some more time this morning to decided what to wear, however. So I tried on a few things I either hadn't worn in a while or had never worn. I decided on this really pretty v-neck torquoise sweater and then paired it with taupe, silk Citron pants. My friend, Mindy, who knows how I love Citron gave me these pants about two years ago and my FAT ass never did fit into them. This morning, I pulled them on and. They. Were. Too. Big.
OMGWTF!?!
They're not even a plus size....just XL.
I, of course, wore them anyway, because no freakin' way am I giving these pants away before I wear them at least once. But having spent the entire day hiking them up, I will, sadly, find them a new home.
