Still here, still muddling through!
Several things
- PEOPLE IN THE PACKAGE EXCHANGE! I'm late sending stuff, and I'm sorry about that, alas there are extenuating circumstances involving my car being an asshole. I've sent out a few, and I'm sending out a bunch more today. INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS (and Lisa... I just have to get one specific thing...) - I'm running a bit late on yours especially. I'll have them out by next week! Also, if you haven't send me your address, please do!
- I recently decided that I want to move to Hawaii. So I've been applying for jobs there. Hell, I've been applying for jobs everywhere. Seriously. I want to be anywhere but here right now. And if that means moving to Maryland (where a lot of the jobs I'm applying for are), then so be it. DC is a good enough city! I want Hawaii though...
- My life is in flux. Some days are better than others. And I deal. Like today I got kinda tipsy in the middle of the day. Somehow that made life slightly better. Today I will eat Taiwanese food, and go shopping. That will definitely make things better. It sucks because since my car isn't running (it need a battery, and also possibly a new transmission), I have to depend totally on other people to get around. Which means I'm stuck at home a lot. I hate hate hate hate being sequestered inside. Naturally that makes me depressed, and shit hits the fan.
- Speaking of my car, when I opened the hood today so that the AAA guy could jump it, a mouse popped out at me. I was terrified that the poor thing would get hurt when I went to start the car. Panicked, I called my dad, who assured me that the mouse would run away. But then I was like "WHAT IF IT HAS BABIES?!"... But I guess it's the wrong time for mouse babies. Either way, now I just feel bad for the mouse. Oh, and I found a mouse skeleton in my engine. I guess it died naturally, on my engine somehow...
- I ordered a couple things from YesAsia. Yes, they overcharge, but on some things, the extra money is less than then shipping I'd pay at DVDHeaven. ANYWAY, I bought the new BB single (of course), and two electric love tour goods, which brings my ELT goods up to a staggering FOUR ITEMS. Amazing huh? (/sarcasm) I plan on getting the rest eventually, but they're expensive, and I'm out of work right now... I thought about getting S.H.E's album, but I hope they'll have it at the concert, so I won't have to pay shipping. I also hope they have tour goods. The S.H.E Is The One tour goods are hot, and I want them...
