(no subject)
Inspired by phrenk, I decided to check out my closet for interesting dresses. Sadly I have only four dresses in my closet (I'm not a big dress/skirt person).
The first is my prom dress from my junior prom. It's a ballgown. Giant, poofy (it has three skirt layers), corseted, shimmery, and pink. I adore it still, but GAWD, it's such prom attire. At least it's not like my sister's early 90's dress (and hair...)
My second is my senior prom dress. Lets just say things changed, a lot, from junior year to senior year. It's black satin with silver embroidery, had long chiffon sleeves, and is based on a halloween costume. Also my mom made it for me (go mom!)... It's pretty goth meets Lord of the Rings.
The last two are boring (the dress I wore to my brother's wedding, and the dress I wore to my brother's rehearsal dinner).
I do, however, own the BEST SHIRT EVER MADE BY MANKIND. It was given to me by my aunt, who got it from my grandmother. Which just goes to show my family's interesting tastes.
Yeah. It's literally covered in sequins and beads. There is not an empty spot on the thing (except for where they've fallen off over the years). Sexy, huh?
Lastly, yesterday I got a belated birthday present in the form of BIG BANG GOODS!
I got the Global Warning tour canvas bag, the Stand Up tour t-shirt (which is awesome, and glows in the dark... ALSO it has all their Japanese stage names on the back!), copies of the ?! earrings GD wore in the Heartbreaker video (SO COOL! They're pink, big, and adorable), and copies of GD's skull earrings that he's been wearing EVERYWHERE recently (also awesome! I can't wait to wear them).
I'm going to take pictures of all my Big Bang stuff soon. What? I like to catalog...
