Very big problem! (Very Very Danger?I'm trying to book my flight to Korea, and the only reasonable flight I can find gets into Seoul at 9:15pm. Now, normally this wouldn't be horrible, BUT the airport buses stop running at 10:30pm. Have you looked at flights on different days as well?
Is the airport bus the ONLY way to get to Seoul from the airport, or is it just the most convenient/cheapest way?

If your only options are taxi vs an earlier flight, then obviously the taxi would be a better option, since it's cheaper.

It sounds like you'll have to pay SOME extra money, but I'd set the taxi fare as the maximum. So like, even if you can find a flight that costs the same amount, if it would mean getting there DAYS earlier, then the taxi might still be cheaper (depending on hostel + food + other costs you would incur during those extra days)
