Taiwanese celebrity baby pictures threaten to explode my ovaries
I've been meaning to write this entry for awhile, actually. Awhile back I stumbled on a bunch of Chinese celebrity baby/childhood pictures. It was AWESOME. I love baby pictures.
Anyway, they're all Taiwanese (save 2), and all adorable!
GIRLS
Ella - SO CUTE with her little hat!
Barbie and Dee Xu - They look the same, but the hair! Dee's in particular is... different.
Jolin Tsai - It's soo funny to think that she's this huge sex symbol now. She looks so adorably geeky!
Rainie Yang - Awwwwwww!! Weren't the 80's fun...
Selina Ren - I love this one, because she's so cute, with her chubby cheeks. She looks so different now though. No, I don't think it's surgery, just growing up (and makeup).
GUYS
Wei Chen - (Mainland singer/actor, you'll know him as the Mainland Akira) Totally adorable, but MAN, I don't think he looks the same AT ALL.
Tony Leung - (Mainland/Hong Kong actor, considered one of the best actors in the Chinese speaking 'world') OMG was Tong Leung cute! He's the kind of kid I just want to pick up and squeeze because ADORABLE!
Aaron Yan - Same with Aaron. TOO CUTE FOR WORDS. I find little Asian boys the cutest kids in the world. I don't know why, but I do!
Harry Zhang - (Lead Singer in Da Mouth, and actor) Harry looks almost NOTHING like he did when he was a kid! Harry now.
Joe Cheng - Joe, on the other hand, looks almost exactly like he did as a kid!
Wang Lee Hom - I LOVE this picture of Lee Hom! He's the one with the cookie, and he's just too too cute!
Ming Dao - Looks about the same as well! Though you'll notice his eyebrows haven't had a chance to grow to their full potential yet ;D
Mike He - Mike before he was a perfect robot of perfectness!! SOOOOOOOO cute!
Will (Wilber) Pan - And here poor Will provides proof that celebrities are just like us in that they also had awkward periods with bad haircuts!
Wu Zun - I'm most fixated on the pic in the lower right. Is he trying to look like a girl, because he's succeeding. I swear he's wearing blush. And he has lovely side swept shiny layered hair WITH HIGHLIGHTS. Oh Wu Zun... no. On the plus side he was totally adorable as a kid!
Zai Zai (Vic Zhou)- Okay, that's it. Ovaries have exploded. There is nothing in the world more cute than baby Zai Zai pouting. NOTHING. I hope my own kids look as cute (because I'll be marrying Zai Zai of course! Duh...)
Zai Zai - BONUS EXTRA ZAI ZAI! His head is very triangular there, isn't it?
And because it wouldn't be fun without it...
Christmas eve, 1985. I was about to turn two in 4 days. That's my grandmother next to me, and we were at her house, which was filled with relics from the 70's (the lovely wood paneling, as an example). It's funny, because I look almost nothing now like I did back then.
