Buzzer Beat, and unintended RP fic...
Ohhh goodness. Somehow, through no real fault of my own, I ended up reading some RP fic for GD and TOP. I read one really good one, and a couple of okay ones. But the best was when there was an arranged marriage between TOP and Lee Hyori! I LAUGHED SO HARD.
But anyway, I meant to post this awhile ago, but whatever. I'm still loving Buzzer Beat. It's not anything groundbreaking, but I don't care. It has a lot of the same feeling that Hachimitsu to Clover had, which naturally makes me love it. (Random OT - This fall I'm going to watch H&C again. For some reason that show reminds me of autumn)

The guys were all like "yay navels!", and Mai was like "YAY ABS", it was awesome.
I think I took this cap because I love Natsuki's apartment. You know, if I were her, I'd be wondering is Naoki was gay, he's always cleaning and cooking (which is fine/desirable), but then he doesn't want to make out with her, and refuses to sleep with her. If I were her, that'd spell "G-A-Y" to me in glittery pink letters.
Ah, this scene! Riko is all like "holy shit, he's hot and I like him!?", and Naoki is like "hhuuuuuh?" because he doesn't seem to get that he likes her, and it's all very cute.
I have lots and lots of love for Riko. I'm a very clean person, but you'd never be able to tell from my living space. I tend to get overwhelmed, and thus despite my best attempts, my bedroom ends up looking like this.
And Naoki is starting to realize his feelings for Riko. He's always giving her MEANINGFUL GLANCES!
Okay, THIS was the MOST AWKWARD KISS EVER. EEEEEVVVVAAAARRR. Seriously, I'm not kidding. It kinda looks like Saki just tripped, and there's like, wrong angles, and it was just BAD. They have no chemistry AT ALL.
FANSERVICE. But why they put Pi on the lower slope escapes me. Do they want to make him look shorter? (Ito Hikeaki is a conundrum to me... I still think of him as Mao-chan's brother from First Kiss, so it's weird to see him in this role, with not-ugly hair...)
The girls are awesome. I occasionally have issues liking female leads, and if I don't like the heroine, it's a deal breaker (see why I'm having issues finishing Utahime). So when I find a heroine I really like, it's a very good thing.
Shuji and Mai are going to end up together. I'm counting on it. They're both the hilarious, quirky best friends.
More fanservice. I really like his swim trunks. I kinda want them (with Pi included, please!)...

To be honest, I can't figure out if I like Natsuki or hate her. It varies, actually. Like, she's a fucking cool chick. I like how she's hiding her true nature. But then she's a bitch, and she's cheating on Naoki, which is unforgivable to me... So it's a toss up, really.
