Hehe! It's fine!

That's kinda how I feel about my job too. It's fine for right now, but it's not my field, so I'm not staying.

That's a good reason for making a playlist! I just make playlists because I'm bored... There should be a club for like, only fans of Asian music. Because you know they wouldn't play the stuff in normal clubs... Yeah, if anywhere I'd think LA. I don't think the east coast has, in general, as big an (east) Asian population as the west.

Sounds cool! I'm... not remotely finished with mine. I think mine's going to be more of a party mix, as apparently my sense of dance music is skewed...

I wasn't really disgusted by it (they do a really good job in making it not gross, but kinda romantic and sad), but then, I've been reading fanfic since I was 14. I've seen worse things... Seriously, fanfic has jaded me!

I have not! I've recently been wanting to watch some more kmovies! I've only ever seen Antique, so I should watch more. I want to see Seducing Mr. Perfect with Daniel Henney too!

Oh, speaking of cultural splicing; have you seen/heard of the movie Tea Fight? It has a partial Japanese partial Taiwanese cast. My favorite tw-actor is in it (with blue hair no less) so I want to see it, but it's not out with subs yet.

Well I love food, I really do. I think it's exciting and there's so much of it to experience and try and learn. But I just get bogged down by some of the mentality. (And working so much too!) So I get why alot of chefs open up their own places, even if it's super stressful, they are doing the kind of food THEY want. And that makes it worth it. For me I'm also interested in the food of other cultures, including traditionally ethnic things, to what do people REALLY eat nowadays in countries.

Well I'm sure there are plenty of other things I could be doing, like studying kanji, writing up Japanese sentences for one. Or doing any of the number of cleaning jobs around my house LOL. So really it's just like random thing I wanna do cause I'm being lazy lol.

If there were a club like that, it'd be awesome. I'd go to it! The only chance you might have with playing it is if the song is in English for some reason. Then you might be able to sneak it by people and they might say "Hey this song is cool, who is it? I never heard it before." "Yea me either, but it's cool!"

I was driving in the car with some of my co-workers and had some Japanese rock playing. Guy sitting in the passenger seat was like rocking out with air drums to it LOL. So he asks me who it was, so I answered. I think he was kind of surprised. I'm not sure if he was even paying attention to the singing, because obviously it wasn't English XD (But of course heavy rock would sometimes have the screaming, so yea lol)

OMG ANTIQUE I totally forgot about that coming out! I was really excited when I learned they were making it! Omg the guy who randomly spoke Japanese in coffee prince is in it, ee he's cute too XD Yea you should see it! Because JunKi is good and incredibly adorable in it! I haven't watched that many movies myself, so I wanna see more. I've mostly watched JunKi movies XD

Oh that Tea Fight movie sounds really cool! I will want to watch that one (God I need a list of stuff I need to watch lol).

I understand. I love science too. Just, not what I'm doing. It's not even my field. Sounds interesting! I think foreign food is interesting too, even if I find most of it disgusting (I'm a SUPER pick eater!). Like, Taiwanese food fascinates me, but; hundred year eggs, stinky tofu, fried blood pudding? No thanks.

I'm super lazy too. Sometimes I'm too lazy to even finish the things I do while being lazy. It's like a cycle of crazy laziness!

Or maybe if some club were having an Asian night... but yeah, if you played an english big bang song, I doubt anyone would know they were Korean! Stupid people and their weird bias towards music in other languages!

Haha!! That's so funny!

It's REALLY good. And wow, Joo Ji Hoon is very nice. Yup, Kim Jae Wook! He plays the "gay of demonic charm" (and yes, they call him that throughout the movie...) He's also randomly in the drama I'm watching currently! I like when people randomly speak other languages. My favorite twdrama had characters who randomly speak Japanese!

I want to see it mostly for Zai Zai, but it does seem like an interesting plot.

Heh, I have a list (it's a giant list of DOOOM). My list has 172 dramas on it... Only 17 movies, but I'm always adding.

Well yea, there are definitely things that I might not end up trying. I try to have a sense of, I'll try almost everything once. But I have to draw the line somewhere XD It'd be awesome to have Anthony Bourdain's job! lol That way I have a sense of security lol.

LOL cycle of crazy laziness XD I think I'm having that right now. Being that all I've done is look up new music and lj comment with you all night lol. But it's a good lazy and makes me feel better so it's ok haha.

Oh asian night, that's an idea! Sometimes when you go to a club you feel like you can dance for HOURS! Seriously at one point I don't think it would have mattered what they played, people would just dance the crap out of it. They played linkin' park and people were dancing to it XD Exactly! Big Bang's English is great!

lol gay of demonic charm XD I love it. I was watching a Japanese talk show and they had the girl from HYD on it. And they had video tapped messages from the F4 members. And one of them randomly gave a message to her in Chinese (I'm not sure if it was Mandarin or Cantonese, but prob. Mandarin). They were all like "ehh I can't understand it at all! XD" Lisa told me he is originally from China (he's half Jap/Chinese). But it was just so random! lol. Like why give a message in a language other than Japanese? Maybe if I could understand what they said AFTER the message I would know why ^^;; Maybe she was trying to learn Chinese or something lol.

holy crap that is a huge list!! I kind of helps to have a list I guess! You can cross stuff off and feel like you're getting progress. Instead I just think god I have too much stuff to watch and then somehow end up not watching stuff lol.

It's funny, I'm like the opposite. I'm hugely unadventurous when it comes to food. I basically eat the same thing every day. Sometimes I get sick of it, but mostly I don't. I'd like Anthony Bourdain's job for the travel! I doubt I could deal with the food!

Hehehe! All that's pretty similar to what I've done all night. I like being lazy. It's nice to do after work!

Really? People were dancing to Linkin' Park? Funny! I know, I was surpised by how good their english is!

Ah yes, Abe Tsuyoshi! Yeah, he's half Chinese (he speaks Mandarin). Occasionally he acts in Taiwanese dramas, which is really funny to me, since I know him best from HYD! I've seen videos of him trying to teach Shun and Shota Mandarin. Poor Shun sucked, but Shota was pretty good! Maybe he just wanted to appear cool and different...

Isn't it. I'm highly intimidated by the size of it. I keep it mostly so I don't forget a drama I'm interested. I know I won't ever get to most of them, but whatever. Though I DO feel a sense of accomplishment when I change the colors on the list (the colors vary between unwatched, to currently watching, to finished).

I get into food booms and end up eating that for a while lol. Then I eventually get sick of it or return to another food and feel like, oh I haven't eaten this in forever! and eat it XD Recently my thing is eating stuff I used to eat when I was younger that my mom made. So I was making stuff like tuna noodle casserole and beef stroganoff lol. My Korean food boom is bulgogi lol.
I want to try new things, but I might not like it lol.

I know, somehow the song actually fell into place!

Oh I didn't know that about him! I wonder how good I'd be at Mandarin! lol That could be! I might do the same thing lol. I like knowing languages for some reason XD DBSK was having a session where they were teaching some useful phrases in Korean. And they were having the host say them and they were all like "omg your pronunciation is really good!" Because they said their staff (I'm assuming Japanese staff) still can't say stuff right lol.

Yea, if I kept at least a text file I could remember oh I wanted to see that and that! Which I seem to forget, as I noted that recently twice already XD!

I do that too. Right now I'm weirdly on tootsie roll pops! Other than my food kicks, I eat the same basic thing everyday; either soydogs, or some sort of broccoli tofu stir fry. Like, seriously, for the past year, I'd say my diet was 80% soydogs... It's boring, but it works for me! I've recently been eating a lot of Chinese though!

The two hardest things in Mandarin pronunciation are the tones, and the letters Z, X, and Q. Most of the tones aren't bad though. And once you get a basica idea for them, and the letters down, it's not that hard to pronounce! Aw! That's cute! Taiwanese tv had a lot of stuff like that, with english.

Hehe! I kept a list on lj for awhile, but one day just spent like, three hours making the massive list of doom. It's easy to keep up now, but it took forever to make.
