I'm watching this! (I'm watching raw, so I probably missed some stuff haha) I love Mizushima Hiro!Except the way they styled his hair in this show is ugly. I hate when they do the overly gel-lafied look. His hair looked nice in Hana Kimi! This drama is unexpectedly fun! At first I thought I wouldn't like it that much! I need to finish it though!

Oh yes, I like Osamu too! He's a cutie, and I think he's good!

I love him too! Have you seen Hachimitsu to Clover? He was REALLY good in that!

yes! He was good in that one! (Of course it has Touma too <3) I really like that whole relationship between him and the two girls (and then the guy who ended up liking the rejected girl, that was really sweet!)

I loved Hachimitsu to Clover. I think it's my favorite jdrama ever. Hehe, I actually watched the drama for Toma!

I really liked Osamu's relationship with the girl he rejected. Yeah, it was super sweet, and so sad.

I loved Mei-chan a TON! It's so adorable. I wish I could watch stuff raw! Occasionally I'll watch something in Mandarin before it's subbed, but I can only catch little bits of what they're saying. I love Hiro too, but you're right about the hair. It's... interesting to say the least. It was too stringy, and yeah, so much better in Hana Kimi!

Funny story is I was telling my roommate about the drama I was watching. Then she was telling me about a manga she had read a while ago and the story she was telling I said "That sounds EXACTLY like the drama!" And then it turned out it was the same one XD HAHA So then she went and watched it too lol.

Using no English subs is part of this, all Japanese all the time method of learning. It just depends on what I'm watching and what the content is. Sometimes I understand alot, other times it's WAY over my head. I like the different ways of talking in this drama and the way the different butlers talk too.

Hahaha!! That's so funny! Kinda reminds me of one time (years ago) I was reading a Sailor Moon fanfic about Usagi in a prestigious school where she got picked on by a group of four guys... Later when I watched HYD I was like "OMG I READ THIS IN A FANFIC!"

Impressive! I couldn't do that with my skill level in Mandarin. I can understand bits and pieces (and can occasionally read small amounts of stuff), but nowhere near enough to watch something and understand it. Taiwanese shows are confusing too, since they often include random Taiwanese. So I basically wouldn't know if they were speaking Mandarin or Taiwanese.

It's impressive to me! Even understanding a bit is awesome! Like, I took German for many many years, but to this day, if people speak to me rapidly in German, I'm totally lost.

Ahh, but Innocent Love is crazy anyway (I got through one episode, and was totally baffled! That is one screwed up drama!). He's in love with the main guy (who has one of the most fabulous smiles I've ever seen), right?

Hehe! The sibling thing didn't matter that much though. Other than sibling rivalry. Hehe! I miss stuff like that all the time. IN ENGLISH ( ... )

Well thank you then ^^! That's true. I took about 3 years of French but I don't remember very much of it besides greetings and random stuff like, "I like to play tennis with my friends" LOL.

Yes it is XD. At first they try to fool you by acting like, oh naturally people are going to assume he's in love with the girl. There's a scene and he's on a boat during xmas or something, and a girl comes up to him and asks "Are you waiting for someone?" And he just says "No", so she's like, oh let's hang then! But he's like, "Sorry there's someone I like already."So you're thinking, there's someone he likes, but they won't be coming!! lol. I thought, holy crap everyone in this drama is in love with the main guy!! lol.

But YES omg his smile is FANTASTIC!! I would fall in love with him too! <3 He's super sweet and his smile makes me melt lol. That guy is in the group Yuzu, and he's 32!!!! Can you believe that crap!? I wanna meet a guy like that XD Omg I love this drama, looking back at the first ep makes me wanna watch it again. (If you can't ( ... )

I took French when I was in fourth grade. All I remember how to say is "TQ2 cannot dance", and "TQ2 cannot play the guitar" (TQ2 was a character in the books we were learning from. He was a robot ( ... )

(LOL I love how the character in the book was a ROBOT! That's awesome. Usually it's like a random generic name like "Robert" or something XD ( ... )

(Yup! A robot! If I remember correctly he hung out with some French kids, but I forget their names. The robot was more interesting! With German the generic dude was always "Jans ( ... )
