Well, after several days out of commission with back problems, it's back to work for me tomorrow. Mainly because 1, I need the money desperately, and 2, I don't want to lose my job. But my back is feeling much better, since I got a compression wrap and have worn it for the last couple of nights and days to immobilize my back. I will, however, be bringing pain killers, a back pillow, and heat pads/strips just in case I may need them tomorrow. I'm also considering bringing my water bottle so I can ice my back if it gets sore or painful from sitting in my not-so-comfortable chair. It's o.k. for a desk chair, but it is not a fully adjustable one, so I can't independently move the seat and the seat back.
