Wishing the Weekend Was Longer
Sunday nights are tough. It means that I have work in the morning. I miss having a job I love. I've also been reexamining careers again. If I had the right position, I would be thrilled with Mondays. Even still, I have to wonder if there is something better for me than my current field. Our receptionist is going through the same thing. She's not adequately applying her degree, and now she's wondering if she wants that path at all.
There really isn't much to say. I've been busy. Sleep has been scarce. The tendon in my foot is still healing. On the plus side, my band just had its first rehearsal since March 2020, and we have two more to audition conductor candidates.
