went to my ex's wedding yesterday, and it was the swankiest reception i've ever been to - specialty martinis and people walking around serving hors doeuvres.  unfortunately, when it was time for dinner, i was seated next to this girl i can only barely stand after copious amounts of alcohol, so i kept visiting my new martini bartender friend and pulling up chairs to various other tables.  i had way too many key lime martinis, but mmm, were they good!  and then we left around 11 to go to a winery in the country.  it was a gorgeous night to sit outside and drink wine by a fire, but cold!  and i somehow cut my leg, but i'm not sure how (yes, mom, i should have worn stockings).  all in all, a good time.
