thing 1: the pirate party was all kinds of awesome & i met some awesome nerds that hopefully nerd things will be all a'happening with.
thing 2: i have been watching so much Big Bang Theory lately that it is ridiculous. i am kind of shipping Penny/Sheldon just a wee little bit but mostly i am shipping Kuthrapali/me. just saying.
eta: i just finished watching 2.21 The Vegas Renormalization and i have never shipped penny/sheldon so hard as i do right now. i'm sure ficliously would be proud.
thing 3: this weeks true blood. omfg i have no words. well, i have one word and it is RUSSICKLINBOT.
thing 4: i recently went out and got myself a Nintendo DSi and i am pretty much in love with it. up until tonight the only games i had were lego!harry potter and mario & luigi: bowser's inside story. i even bought a pretty blue case to put my boring white DS in. tonight i got Wipeout, Dr. Layton and the Curious Village, and Disney's Alice in Wonderland (based on the Tim Burton film). because i am so terribly crap at video games, i'm hoping these new games won't make me feel too bad if i can't get past a certain spot or if i am stuck at a boss fight (which is pretty much the case with my other 2 games).
