I thought for once that I would have an easy time picking my classes out, but alas it never seems easy. I had my entire schedule out and I was really happy, then I found out that I didn't need to take this one class for my major so I was even happier. But after doing some looking around I realized that I can't Physics until I take Calculus II, which I can't do since I will only be taking the first one this spring. So now I have to find another class work like 2 or 3 hours. This isn't so bad, but I wanted to get started taking classes toward my major (have finally decided on computer engineering) because I think that I'm already a little behind in terms of where I should be (dame me for not being smart enough to test out of basic math). I've emailed someone from that department and asked if it would be possible to set up some type of advising and I hope the respond with a yes before I run out of classes to take. This is all very frustrating, going from having the schedule set to being short of full time by a class. If I can afford it then I'm going to take either Calculus II or Physics in summer school, but I may still be limiting in the number of classes I can take due to the fact that I have to complete lower level classes before I can be accepted into higher level ones. I really hope I get that meeting and we are able to work something out other wise I will get further behind with my major classes. If push comes to shove though, I could always go back and take history again and hopefully get like an A or B to help even out the D I got the first time. School is such a headache and I am trying my hardest to get through it as quick as I can. Look for an update once I get a reply to my the email.
