It's summer!
I mean... no more school!
It's so weird... I haven't grasped the concept quite yet. I, Ashley Lauren Tipton, am forever finished with free public schooling. Done. Finito. In less than a week I will be walking the stage. I will be walking the stage! I am a high school GRADUATE! This isn't happening! It's so surreal! My entire life has been in preparation for this moment. Starting at age 2 when I first entered preschool. My life has been dictated by classes and grades... and school. NO MORE! ... I mean... still classes and grades... but SCHOOL is over! No more sitting in the same building for 8 hours. No more running by a bell schedule... the freedom is unbelievable! Just a few more mandantory basic classes... but I get to pick my own course of study! I GET TO DO WHAT I LIKE!!! I am in control of my life! WEIRD!
I can go on like this for hours... but I have a graduation party to attend.
YAY CLASS OF '07!! WE FINALLY MADE IT!

College doesn't even have to TRY to be better than high school. It just is. EXCITED!!
