Oh goodness
Well...I finished 9 hours of summer school. I now have 9 hours of school left and then I get that piece of paper they call a diploma (but I call a loan receipt). Summer was not all that bad even though I had a class every saturday for a month. I think it was the professors that kept me afloat this summer....if it was not for them being engaging this summer would have been a drag.
Now, in all honesty I want summer to be over. Especially hurricane season. **sighs** F-in hurricanes....I hate them and the waiting and seeing. Reason #117 I want to move to austin after graduation....less worrying about hurricanes. Yeah Austin could catch hella rain but by the time a hurricane reaches them its at least downgraded. Hurricane hits here....its already at your back door. What is even worse...I can't even stay in my own house. If you have seen my house you would know why. Not exactly something one would stay in during a major storm. So I'll either be traveling to the parents, Elizabeth's, or Schmoopsy's.
What is worse....is that I don't even think Houston has fixed its flooding problem since tropical storm allison. And that was just a tropical storm, and most of the city was under water. Now imagine a cat 4 hurricane! Think about it.
School starts monday...technically tuesday for me (that is if there is not a hurricane or if the school is not under the water from hella rain). I'm not really ready for classes. Really though I see the light at the end of the tunnel and all I want to do is fall to my knees and let the light come to me. I've joined my last organization... Coog Crew! I finally get to go to football games since I don't have to go see my brother's football games every weekend now! I'm totally looking forward to some college football! I'm also looking forward to seeing how Mr. Kolb does with the Eagles.
