i need to start physical therapy again. shoulder dislocation #5 occurred in the parking lot of work this afternoon. i just turned my upper body weird and my shoulder popped out, causing sharp tearing pains. luckily my boss and one of our customers helped me ease it back into place. time to sit on ibuprofen for a few days
