Grandpa is hanging on by a piece of thread right now, but everything is going smoothly. I went over and talked to grandma after school today and it was such a relief to see that she's prepared and not torn up about it all. We all know that he'll be more comfortable and it's what he wants, so we're happy about that. I gave him a kiss goodbye while he was sleeping and I hope that's the way it goes down.
Today between classes, I darted home and made the biggest peanut butter sandwich ever. I had peanut butter whipped all over my fingers and some of it was hanging off of my monsterous lips. It ruled.
