(no subject)
its so tiring being sick and trying to work at the same time. i got the worst flu ive had in years last thurs and spent the whole weekend stuffed up/sorethroat/puking/coughing/fever/cankersores/yuck.
its finally going away though so i will be back to stats tommorow and see all my peeps and make some good moula. i went back to work at the cafe yesterday and it hasnt been too bad (other than annoying people that you cant stand that try to engage you in conversation and then act like 5 year old spoiled brats when you arent interested.its ok, i will just walk away. not very many people make me mad enough to show it but sometimes you get tired of faking it and just want to be left alone ya'know?)
also, i got to take a drive down to point pleasant park yesterday when i was going to get some rice for karan. apparently there is a flock of kittens and cats that live on the rocks down by the water. lots of people leave food all over the rocks for them. i was excited to see kittens but they werent out that day, i guess they were hiding. its my new mission to start going down there on nice days to see them. we all know how i love kitties.
i cant wait until its warm all the time, halifax is so great in the summer. there are so many things happening this year too so it should be a good one. hopefully i can get over my new found fear of beaches/oceans.
anyways i just thought i would update this while i wait for my rice pilaf to finish. i dont usually feel like writing but i figure you've got to give people something to look at once in awhile right?
