There was nothing cuter to Squidward than Spongebob in his little Krusty Krab superhero costume from when Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy were the faces of the restaurant.

Squidward will always hold dearly the memory of seeing Spongebob for the first time, all bright-eyed and so cute, when he first moved in.

Squidward stumbled upon Patrick’s secret box one day, and after seeing how much Spongebob’s embarrassing photo from the Christmas party made him drool, Patrick happily gave it to the squid.
