I read across this doing a search for B.F.Skinner. The last article "The ulitmate personality theory." was a nice summary of ideas. I like the way he openly states that in this area of psychology, there really aren't any hard proven conclusions about what personality is. The guy doesn't even mention the recent discoveries on emotional intelligence. Whenever I read stuff like this I wish I were majoring in psychology because I KNOW it's still a largely unquantified subject with lots of room for discovery.
