Putting the silly aside, this is why often times you'll find me using words like "gonna" and dropping "G's" off of things. I try to type the words in the same way that I speak them, if I'm typing out things that are meant to be spoken by me. Different people have different opinions on this, but I think it's important to speak like yourself, if given the option.
