That's a really good question... and it's a really hard one to answer.
I think what happened was you all grew up. When you all first started you were there because you loved theatre and take-one was where you all went to do it. Then you all met people who felt the same way as you and you all became great friends because for once you didn't feel like the only person feeling the way you did. Then as shows went on you all started to grow and started to notice each other more... which led to relationships forming...which leads to making things complicated. Because if you think about it, before Godspell Becky and Mark and Chris and Brooke were the only ones paired up. Once Becky and Mark broke up (which just so happened to be after Godspell closed) feelings started to appear between everyone. You all just grew up. Most of you started in middle school, now you're either in high school or in 8th grade... you're no longer the "kids" you're the teens the kids look up to. So to answer your question Em, what happened was you all grew up.
