Saw the new version of Pride & Prejudice today
and absolutely loved it. I wanted so badly to dislike it but simply
couldn't.
Through out the entire movie I kept thinking that Mr. Darcy reminded me of someone. Finally realized he reminded me of someone from my German class. Will be too weird seeing the guy from now on and thinking of Mr. Darcy each time. Feel like I should have written something more "classy"..but am too tired/lazy to think of anything more intelligent to say.
- The costumes were simple but beautiful.
- The music was perfect and utterly enchanting.
- Cinematography as a whole was gorgeous!
- Mr. Darcy was charming in an odd but likable way. For the first half of the movie he looked like he was suffering from a hang over. He did alright for the second half ;-)
- Keira Knightly. She was so pretty, for lack of a better word.
