Disneyland Part 2

Wednesday

We started the day at the Walt Disney Studio. It's right next door and has rides, but also some shows. It's also smaller and closes earlier. And the day went like this.

* Sel, Luke and Moose went on Tower of Terror. A drop ride I refused to go on.
* Rock 'n Rollar Coaster. (My third and final rollarcoaster. This one wasn't too bad)
* Animagique. (A live show with Donald meeting various Disney characters and singing)
* We then headed to the main park for food at Agrabah Cafe.
* Phantom Manor (A haunted mansion ride which is another favourite of mine)
* Pirates again!
* It's a Small Worl After All. (No trip to disney is complete without it and it's the only ride I've been on all 3 times I've been to Disney, to my shame.)
* We caught the Disney parde which happens at 5pm every day.
* Autopia (Driving cars around a track. I let Luke drive)
* The park closes at 7 when they have a firework finale which includes a light show projected onto the castle and it is beautiful. It's a shame we only caught it once, but at least we saw it.
* We had dinner that night at Annettes, an American style diner.

Thursday

Our last full day.

* Cinemagique! (My favourite show of all. It's the history of cinema with some stage effects).
* Stitch Live! (An interactive show where you help Stitch escape capture)
* While Sel, Luke and Moose were on Tower of Terror again, I met Goofy!
* Blanche-Neige et les Sept (A snow white story ride)
* Les Voyages de Pinocchio (A Pinocchio story ride)
* Lunch at Au Chalet de la Marionette.
* Alice's Curious Labyrinth (An odd maze with a castle at the end with an awesome view of the park)
* Buzz again (We did Buzz every day)

In the evening we went around all the hotels around the lake and had a drink in each bar. The Disney Hotel bar was the fanciest. I felt like rif raf walking through there. The New York hotel felt more relaxed and even had a mini Rockafellar outside.
For dinner we went to Bully Bobs a tex mex buffet restuarant where we met up with Saran again. The last bar we went to was the Newport Bay which looked like a yachting club. We kept joking that it was full of Yalies who'd look down their noses at us.

Friday

Our last day. We spent it going on all the rides we wanted to go on again, which for me included, Pirates, Buzz and watching Cinemagique. We had a meal at Annettes again, picked up our bags and headed to the underground.

We left the lodge just after 7. We got back to Moose's place at 1:30 in the morning. We were expecting to get back late, but the Eurostar was delayed by an hour. And we were on the train while it was stationary outside London. Boring, but could have been worse. The underground trains and the buses were still running and we didn't have to wait long for them.
The only other annoying thing that happened was I lost my underground ticket in Paris, which meant I had to roam around the station looking for a place to buy another one. It was a big station and I nearly had a panic attack. But we had gotten their with plenty of time to spare, so it was all right.

It was an amazing holiday and certainly somewhere I would visit again. Though, it would be so coold to see the Florida or California parks. One day, maybe.
