Return to the Harry Potter Studios.
Last year for Christmas I gave my mother a gift card to go to the Harry Potter Studios. It's taken us most of the year to finally find a time when we could both go and that was on the 20th October.
Even though I'd been before back at the start of 2014 with Will I knew there would be a few difference this time, like they now have the train there and they had a few things added for Halloween like Death Eaters stalking the place and some new displays.
The train was really cool. They've built a whole platform 9 3/4 with the trolly sticking out of the wall and a place you can have your picture taken in a carriage. You can also go on the train and look at the carriages.
I also got to try Butterbeer, which I didn't try last time. It wasn't great. It was like drinking fizzy caramel ice cream. It was cool getting the butterbeer mug, though.
I didn't buy much this time. Just a chocolate wand and a cuddly Fluffy the three headed dog. Though he's asleep and looks more like a puppy.
So, yeah, my mother enjoyed the whole thing and I enjoyed seeing all the new stuff and getting to experiencing it all with someone else.
