Shaun's in the City
A couple of years ago they did a thing in Bristol where they had statues of Gromits from Wallace and Gromit hidden around the city and you went hunting for them. I got in on it a little late, so I didn't have much time to go hunting and didn't find many of them.
However, this year they've decided to do Shaun the Sheeps and they've just launched this week, so Thursday I went to Bristol with mumsie to track some down. We didn't have a map or anything (you can get them) we just waundered around to the places we figured they would be. There was a lot of walking involved. Very tiring, but it was a lovely sunny day.
We found 25 in all, out of 70. Not bad going for 5 hours of searching. Some are just so cute too.
I plan to go looking for more over the summer, but I think I'll use a map. I'd love to be able to say I found them all without help, but I just don't have the time or the petrol money to do that. I'd like to try and find them all, but we'll see.
