Warning! Weight talk

I think I might need to go on a diet of some kind. While I'm not one to care too much about my weight, I do feel like I've put on some extra fat lately. My idea of exercise is walking around at work, constantly on my feet and going for the odd walk on my days off around the bypass. That helps, but I should probably watch what I eat a little more. Cut out some fatty stuff. Problem is, I know I won't stick to a strict diet, which is why I don't follow them. Instead I make a few changes here and there, like drinking orange juice and eating Wheatabixs for breakfast. Might need to change a couple of other things too. However, I like my sweet things too much, that's what I've got to cut down on.

On the other hand, I'm not one of these people who's always saying she's fat when clearly I'm not. I'm not skinny either, but I'm a goodish size. I just want to loose a little bit off my tummy which has always been the hardest.

So, yeah, might need to go for a walk more often...and go without carrying a hot chocolate.
