Balls to attend and balls to my computer

So this weekend's been fairly busy, while also being frustrating.

Yesterday was spent running errands and hanging out at home until the evening when I went to the Butale Ball. It's a fund raiser that's held at John Bentley School and my choir was hired to sing at it. I went last year. We were told to dress fancy, so I wore a dress I got on Amazon.

We were allowed to stay on afterwards (even though we hadn't paid to attend) I won some chocolates in the raffle and I ended up staying there till midnight dancing to this band. It was actually quite fun, I got to know some of the people in my choir a bit better. I was also the designated driver, driving 3 people back home. It was a fun night. I love the dress, but wish I'd worn some different shoes, they pinched.

Today I've been letting my brother look at my computer. I'm fed up with it, but it just turns off some times and I don't know what it is, it happens mostly when I try to play a game or even when I'm watching stuff. Some times I can go the whole evening and it won't shut off. While my brother tinkled with it I drove down to Sel's cafe to hang out with her. I had wanted to go to Stourhead, to get some use out of my National Trust membership, but the weather was horrible, so I just went straight to the cafe. An afternoon well spent.
