Am I the only one who wants a cuddly ewok? If I am, I don't care. I'm not ashamed to admit that I loved the little critters.
Anyway, the reason I bring this up is because the other night I went to see Star Wars Episode 3. I liked it better than the second one for sure, but I won't say much more for anyone who hasn't seen it yet.
On Friday when I finished handing in all my creative writing work I came home and decided to watch the first Star Wars film. True it's awsome, but it's weird to go from watching impressive light saber battles in the first three movies too two geezers in a corridor.
But who cares, it rocks. I was so in a Star Wars mood that I watched Empire Strikes Back straight after.
I would have watched Return of the Jedi after that, but I was too tired and I was coming down with a cold.
This morning I woke up and wanted to call in sick at work, but since I was able to stand, I went in. At first it wasn't so bad, even though I was grouchy. Luckily Paulie noticed I was in a bad mood and gave me a job to do upstairs that took me all day.
By the time I got home all I could be bothered to do was make some food and watch Return of the jedi, which I have just finished doing.
You know, there are still a few things that don't add up when it comes to Star Wars, but no point complaining now, it's done.
Side notes - Radio two is cool. They played a few They Might Be Giants songs and had comedy.
