More pay woes.
So today I spoke to someone other than my supervisor about what's going on with my pay issues. I had a meeting with Nikki, who's dealing with it and apparently it's gone to the MD, but they can't do anything directly, like raise my pay because they need to look at a lot of things like efficienty and how to judge what each person does on our section and how efficient each person is.
When I told my supervisor this she rolled her eyes which makes me think that this was mostly a loud of crap. However, I made it clear to Nikki that I'm not letting this matter drop and she gave me the impression that she wasnt' going to either...well, yeah...whatever.
So from now on I'm going to ask for regular updates.
Apart from that nothing much has happened today, although the weather was beautiful when I got out of work. It had been muggy, but cloudy all day, but soon as I left the sun was shining and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Also there was a lovely breeze. My kind of weather...but with no rain it meant I had to water mum's plants. She's on holiday at the moment.
And I've just finished watching the first two episodes of Torchwood. So far so good.
