My weekend
For some reason I hate starting entries with the word 'my', because it reminds me of when I used to keep a hand written diary.
Putting that aside, on Saturday, my friend Sarah from Bath came over to Calne for the day. I haven't seen her since October.
I showed her around the centre of Calne, mostly the two toy shops and the heritige centre. I like taking people there because there's a model train in the middle of the room that was built by my late grandfather. Apparently if it had enough track and some fuel it would really work.
Anyway, I took her back to my house and introduced her to my mum, who was watching the create and craft channel. Cue talking about cards and stuff.
After lunch we spent the afternoon on the net watching clips of Whose Line is it Anyway, which we both love and doing Kingdom Hearts 2 quizes.
At 6 I showed her to the bus stop and said goodbye. Hopefully the next time I see her I'll be able to get to Bath.
On Sunday Michelle came over in the afternoon and I suggested she play Final Fantasy 7. She's watched Advent and loves Kingdom Hearts, but last time she played FF7 she didn't get on with it. This time however she seems to like it...so far.
With my brother hogging the internet I spent the evening watching Sex and the City.
As for today...it rained, I went out and got soaked :(
And I'm currently working on my first Starsky and Hutch songvid. I won't say what it's of yet, but I'm so happy with it so far. Hopefully I'll get it done by the end of the week.
