(no subject)
eventhough today is a holkiday i still came into work because i figured since the manufacturing stuff was still running at least 1 other person would be here.. but no so all the doors were locked and i had to ask security to let me in.. guess they really didn't want people working today. so now i'm just sitting on the internet to pass some time before i start working. and i think that leaving at noon is a good idea.. if i can just stretch the work out until then.. then i can go home and take a nap, clean, and go to the gym. awesome!
last week here then i have an entire week off before starting at emory. had the entire weekend off which was so nice since that hasn't happened in like 3 months.
david took me to an italian place called vinny's friday night which was super sweet. food was ok.. pretty much all seafood/veal- both of which i dont eat. saturday went to the outlets with my mom who i must say is just getting cooler with the years.. i get in her car and she was totally rockin out to some gnarls barkley.. and with the bose system in her car it was bumpin. really it just makes me smile a little on the inside.. all of those years thinking my parents were the most embarassing things in the world.
went to mall of georgia saturday night with david so he could exchange a sweater then went to jeffreys to watch the football game then we met up with some of his friends at some bar and ended up at five seasons... which is a pretty cool restaurant but the flying monkey microbrew was disgusting. so then sunday was spent all day with david.. again.. we went down to ga state so he could see where his CMP test is going to be. then we walked around the highlands.. got some lunch and watched even more football. ended up at ikea which was an absolute madhouse- as always-. overall very good weekend packed full of football and boyfriend.
