i jsut got back from getting a cortizone shot.. they hurt! and just about made me pass out.. i tihkn that i was pretty much to the breaking point of passing out and then they pulled the needle out.. but at least it's over with and in a week i should be able to run again.. hopefully...
so now i'm sitting at my desk with ice on my knee.. with nothign to do bc i just finished the one thing they had for me... 14 more minutes until lunch....
